Voter Maintenance—Eligibility Maint Tab

VOTER REGISTRATION > Eligibility Match Queue > {voter}

This tab contains information only when there are one or more eligibility-maintenance records for a voter. When this is the case, the Eligibility Maint tab displays an asterisk:

Double-click a match record to open the appropriate dialog for the record type. You are then able to process the record.

Records that are disabled—as the record shown in the image above—have already been processed. No further action is required.

Fields and Controls on this Dialog

Rec Type	The type of record:
	AgeSOE	Not-of-legal-age match provided by Supervisor's office
	CitMapFVRS	Not-US-Citizen match provided by FVRS, initiated by Supervisor's office
	CtznSOE	Not-U.S.-citizen match provided by Supervisor's office
	Decease	Decease match provided by FVRS
	DecSOE	Decease match provided by Supervisor's office
	Duplicate	Duplicate match provided by FVRS
	FedFelFVRS	Felon match provided by Federal authorities, initiated by Supervisor's office
	FelCnty	Felon match provided by county court. This includes non-federal courts in another county or state.
	FelDLE	Felon match provided by Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, initiated by Supervisor's office
	FelDOC	Felon match provided by Florida Dept. of Corrections, initiated by Supervisor's office
	FelFed	Felon match provided by federal court. This includes any federal court, regardless of the state or county of origin.
	FelFPC	Felon match provided by Florida Parole Commission, initiated by Supervisor's office
	FelINT	Felon match provided by another state, initiated by Supervisor's office
	FelSOP	Felon match provided by Sexual Offender Predator Registry, initiated by Supervisor's office
	FictSOE	Fictitious-person match provided by Supervisor's office
	MenSOE	Mental-incapacity match provided by Supervisor's office
	NFEL	Felon match provided by FVRS
	MenIncFVRS	Mental-incapacity match provided by FVRS
	ResSOE	Not-legal-residence match provided by Supervisor's office
Number	The FVRS match ID.
Current Status	The status of the record:
	PEN	Awaiting match processing by the county (pending).
	FHT	False match. The two records are not for the same voter.
	REM	Removed. The voter has been removed from the rolls because they did not respond to the mailed or newspaper notice of potential ineligibility..
	DNP	Do not process (the match is weak or invalid).
	LTR	An Address Confirmation Request has been scheduled for the voter. (This can be done only for Duplicate matches.)
	CAN	An erroneous match entered by FVRS that was later canceled by FVRS.
	Notice Scheduled	The voter has been scheduled to receive a Notice of Potential Ineligibility.
	Notice Printed	The voter's Notice of Potential Ineligibility has been printed from the Notices application.
	Certified Receipt Received	The certified-mail delivery receipt for the notice of potential ineligibility to the voter has been returned to your office.
	Returned Undeliverable	The notice of potential ineligibility sent to the voter has been returned by the postal service as undeliverable and has been processed in the system as undeliverable mail.
	Notice Published	The date entered into the system to denote when the newspaper notice including the voter was published.
	Hearing Requested	The voter has denied ineligibility and has requested a hearing. No hearing has been scheduled yet.
	Hearing Scheduled	A hearing has been scheduled for a voter who denies ineligibility and has requested a hearing.
	Awaiting Final Determination	The voter has responded to the Notice of Potential Ineligibility and a hearing has been conducted. This voter is now awaiting final determination on their eligibility by the Supervisor.
	Voter Admitted Ineligibility	The voter responded to the Notice of Potential Ineligibility by admitting they are ineligible or, in the case of DecSOE matches, a family member provided documentation confirming that the voter is deceased.
	Final Determination Eligible	The Supervisor has determined that the voter is still eligible to vote.
	Final Determination Ineligible	The Supervisor has determined that the voter is no longer eligible to vote.
	Match Deemed Invalid	The Supervisor has determined that the match is invalid.
Status Date	If the current status is PEN, this is the date when the record entered the Eligibility Match Queue. Otherwise it is the date when processing was last performed on this record
Schedule Notice of Potential Ineligibility	Opens the Schedule Notice of Potential Ineligibility dialog where you can schedule a notice type of potential ineligibility for this voter and place the voter in the Eligibility Match Queue. See Initiate Removal of a Deceased Voter or Initiate the Removal of Voters Who May Be Ineligible for more information. Users must have the permission VotersEligibilityMaintenance to see this button.
FVRS Notices/Change Notice Operator to Me	This pane appears at the bottom of the dialog when the record was created by FVRS, such as NFEL, and a notice has been scheduled by FVRS but not yet printed. The Change Notice Operator to Me button lets you change the operator associated with the notice to your user name so that you will have the ability to reschedule the notice if necessary. Note: This field will only be visible while an FVRS initiated Eligibility Maintenance Notice is in a status of "Notice Scheduled".
